After the verification of information and documents, eligible students will be called for a proficiency test or interaction. Admission will be subjected to availability of seats.
Attend proficiency test on dates scheduled.
Result of proficiency test will be communicated.
On admission day the documents are verified. This is followed by interaction of the candidate and parents with the admission cell. Admission is confirmed upon payment of fees.
Collect books and uniforms from school store on a date specified.

Parents are requested to pay the fees regularly, term-wise. Terms and dates are: I Term (April, May, June, July) : To be paid before 10th of April. II Term ( August, September, October, November) : To be paid before 10th of August. III Term (December, January, February, March) : To be paid before 10th of December.
Late fee of QAR 25 will be charged for not paying the fees before 10th May / 10th Aug / 10th Dec. If the quarterly fees are not paid before 10th May / 10th Sept / 10th Jan 9 (end of one month grace period with late fee) strudent’s name will be removed from rolls and requires to be readmitted after remittance of dues and admission fees.
Merit-cum-need based scholarships / fee concession will be granted by the school to deserving students as per the availability of the fund. Concerned parents are requested to submit application on or before 30th April every year.
The Parent / guardian of a student, desiring to withdraw their ward, should fill up the T.C application form available at the school Accounts on payment of Qrs. 100/- and submit the filled in form at the reception for processing.
The Caution Deposit is refundable at the time of leaving the school which is taken as a safe guard towards any damage which may be caused by the student. In case of any damage caused , compensation will be deducted from the deposited amount. If damage amounts to more than the deposit, the same is to be cleared at the accounts before TC is issued. Caution deposit amount will be as follows.
