75 Years of Indian Independence Day celebrated at SIS

75 years of Independence Day was celebrated with sheer patriotism and nationalist zeal as  teachers, students and parents gathered for the flag hoisting followed up by a cultural programme.

Mr. Musheer Abdulla, honourable member of the School Managing Committee, along with Principal – Mrs. Pamela Ghosh and other school leaders, hoisted the National Flag with great Honour and Pride.

Principal, Ms. Pamela Ghosh, while delivering her Independence Day speech, advised all to bring about harmony by exhibiting kindness, tolerance, patience, acceptance and universal brotherhood. She also said that if we have to meet the challenges of the present time, we must make our personal vision, mission and goals stronger. It is time to rededicate ourselves to the progress and prosperity of the whole world that will make our country proud.

Students managed the entire programme with finesse, exhibiting great organization skill. They showcased their skills through songs, dance, speeches and art. The patriotic song aroused a strong sense of nationalism among the audiences who were amazed by the talents of the students. 

The entire SIS family congratulate the students, parents and teachers for spreading  Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and making 75 years of Independence Day a memorable one for all.
