January 13, 2026:
Shantiniketan Indian School formally launched the BAADI National Campaign on 13 January 2026, in alignment with the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, aimed at promoting positive behaviour, ethical values, leadership qualities, and a strong sense of national identity among students.
The launch commenced with a detailed planning meeting involving the school administration, Academic Supervisors, and Activity Coordinators of all sections, during which the action plan, roles, and implementation strategies were finalized. This was followed by a student assembly address by the School Counsellor, Ms. Faheema Mustafa, who introduced the vision of the BAADI Campaign and inspired students to proudly embrace the “I am Baadi” identity.
Subsequently, orientation sessions were conducted for the Wellness Ambassadors of the Middle and Preparatory Sections, assigning leadership responsibilities and equipping them to support peer engagement and promote positive behaviour. The Activity Coordinators have initiated the establishment of BAADI Corners, along with structured observation logs and recognition systems.
Students are encouraged and acknowledged for exemplary conduct, including punctuality, attendance, discipline, kindness, respectful behaviour, and responsible participation. The BAADI Campaign is now actively fostering a culture of dignity, responsibility, leadership, and positive citizenship across the school community.
