CBSE Qatar Cluster Athletic Meet was organized by MES Indian school on 29 November and 30 November 2015. Competitions were held in 3 categories, namely Under -14, Under-16 & Under -19 for both boys and girls. A total of 47 students from Shantiniketan Indian school participated in the mass event. Participants from our school exhibited a higher level of performance and grabbed more medals compared to previous years.
Two students attained gold medal and they are selected for CBSE National athletic competition which will be held from 27 to 30 December 2015 in Raipur, India.
Anas Hashim of Class XII emerged as the individual champion in the Under-19 boys category.
