There prevailed an aura of excitement, fun, frolic and celebrations at Shantiniketan Indian School as students, decked in colourful dresses, had a memorable day while celebrating Children’s Day at school.
Teachers entertained the students with a musical program that had the teachers from all the sections performing medley songs, duets, ghazals and live musical performances. A staff versus the students Handball match was also organized on the occasion. Students were enthralled by the skills displayed by the teachers. The students were overjoyed and returned home with some fond memories which they will cherish for long.
Principal – Dr. Subhash Nair wished the children a very happy Children’s Day and urged them to keep smiling all through their life.
