February 16, 2026:
A Financial Literacy Session for Grade 4 students of the Preparatory Section was successfully conducted on 16th February from 7:15 AM to 8:15 AM in the Multipurpose Hall (MPH). Organized in coordination with the Commerce Department, the session introduced young learners to fundamental financial concepts such as earning, saving, spending, and responsible money management in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
The session was led by Ms. Sheeja Thamby, Economics and Commerce Teacher, under the supervision of Mr. Wayne Rodrigues, Academic Supervisor (Preparatory). Students enthusiastically participated in discussions, explored real-life scenarios, and learned the importance of saving as a vital life skill.
Special thanks to Ms. Ifra Kursheed, HoD of Commerce, for her valuable support and coordination. The smooth arrangements and cooperation of the teaching staff and school management ensured the programme was a meaningful and enriching learning experience for all students.
