Garangao-The joy of giving…!!!
Pre-primary Section of SIS celebrated ‘Garangao’ a festival of generosity and kindness on 7th May 2020. Children dressed up in sparkling traditional attire of Qatar, enthusiastically participated through remotely conducted virtual programme.
Children shared the message of love, care and joy with their buddies through virtual hugs, smileys and hi fives. Diligent and collaborative efforts were taken to bring the spirit of Ramadan through this colorful fest and find joy in this tough time. Artistically crafted lanterns were an added attraction.
Senior Head Teacher Mrs. Mehjabeen Hasan motivated the young ones to set a kindness mission and find time to help others. The essence and spirit of this blessed month was enlivened and cherished.
