Shantiniketan Indian School celebrated its 17th Annual Sports Day with Students, Parents and Teachers participating in large numbers with tremendous enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The Chief Guest, Mr. Abdul Kader, General Secretary of School’s Management Committee, declared the meet open. Dr. Warrior, Principal of Quality International School, Bahrain was the Guest of Honour. All the events were keenly contested and Red House emerged as the overall winner.
Sahla (Kiddies Montessori girls), Muaiad (Kiddies Montessori Boys), Emiya Susan (Kiddies girls), Raziq Abdul Raouf (Kiddies boys), Noor Mohammad (Mini Junior girls), Hamdan (Mini Junior boys), Victoria Ghosh (Sub Junior girls), Hamad Riaz (Sub Junior boys), Ganga (Junior girls), Bishal Chanda (Junior boys), Sadiya (Intermediate girls), Waliullah Ashfaque (Intermediate boys), Rifa (Pre-Senior girls), Amanullah Ashfaque (Pre-Senior boys), Rahana (Senior girls) & Irfan (Senior Boys) emerged as individual champions in their respective categories.
