In pursuit of its aim towards achieving Distinctively Excellent Education, Shantiniketan Indian School organised the Inter School Teachers Discussion Forum 2022, of the Qatar Chapter. Expert panelists from 8 Indian Schools shared their insights on the topic “Optimal Use of Digital Tools in the Teaching Learning Process.”
The Panel discussion moderated by Mr. Wayne Rodrigues featured a rich discussion and sharing of ideas that ignited the teaching fraternity as they got enriched on the optimal use of digital tools in classroom transactions.
Ms. Nanthini Devi, of Ideal Indian School, shared some top digital tools for teachers and students. Mrs. Aleena Angel of MES Indian School made the audience clear about Augmented reality and Virtual Reality. Ms. Khristina Muttungal of Nobel International School explained How to Successfully Integrate Technology in the teaching learning process. Ms. Litty P Jacob of Birla Public School shared her insights on Effectiveness of Digital Learning. Ms. Indira Dev Roy of DPS Monarch International School shared Ways how Digital Tools Are Transforming the Education Space. Mrs. Soumya Mathew of Shantiniketan Indian School demonstrated the Optimal Use of Digital Tools in the Teaching Learning Process. Ms. Jaya Majumder of DPS Modern Indian School spoke on Hybrid Learning. Ms. Rendy Sheppard of Olive International School highlighted the Benefits of Digital Tools over Traditional Methods.
Vice Principal Mr. Dudley O’Connor, appreciated Mrs. Nazia Saleem for coordinating the event through which all the speakers shared priceless insights that could be an eye opener for many teachers who will be able to face the challenges of effectively using the digital tools in the teaching learning process in classrooms.
