June 13, 2025:
To nurture intellectual curiosity, encourage competitive spirit, and promote academic excellence among students, Laza Events organized the Junior Genius Qatar – an exciting inter-school quiz competition held on Friday, June 13 at 4:00 PM. The event featured the celebrated quiz master Grand Master G.S. Pradeep, known for his dynamic and engaging quizzing style, under the theme “Brains to Fire… Grand Master is Here.”
The primary objective of the program was to provide a vibrant platform for young learners to showcase their general knowledge, critical thinking, and team collaboration. It aimed to foster a love for learning beyond textbooks, enhance students’ confidence on public platforms, and encourage healthy academic rivalry among schools.
Twelve students from Shantiniketan Indian School enthusiastically participated in this prestigious event. All the participants demonstrated great enthusiasm, presence of mind, and active engagement throughout the competition. We are immensely proud of Hana and Aryan from Grade 10, who secured 4th position among strong competitors from various schools across Qatar.
The students were escorted by Ms. Aneesha and Ms. Nithya Murali, and the program was coordinated under the guidance of Senior Activity Coordinator Ms. Soumya Mathew.
Congratulations to all the winners and participants for their outstanding performance and positive spirit. Their participation reflects the school’s continuous commitment to nurturing holistic and intellectually empowered individuals.
