The idiom “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” holds true even for the young learners as the Pre-Primary section of SIS introduced bouncing ball skills through various sports activities on the 13th December 2018.
Children were given training in the fundamental skills of basketball amidst thrills, shrills and cheers. They explored basketball dribbling, ball control and ball handling ability through games like partner part drills, catching and movement in different directions.
This activity not only helped children to build their physical and gross motor skills but also infused a temper of competence and a sense of cooperation to excel as exemplary global citizens.
