As part of the Makeover sessions held from 24th to 27th August 2025, the Principal of SIS, Mr. Rafeeq Rahim, led impactful discussions that provided participants with practical follow-up resources and actionable strategies to strengthen classroom practices. He highlighted the importance of peer collaboration, motivating teachers to continue supporting each other in their professional growth.
The sessions also featured creative group tasks that nurtured critical thinking, imagination, and teamwork, offering teachers opportunities to apply their learning in engaging ways.
In addition, the Principal and Vice Principal conducted a Google Form Reflection Test to review readiness, safety measures, and innovative teaching strategies. The collective feedback from this exercise helped identify strengths and areas for growth, making the reflection process both participatory and constructive.
Mr. Rafeeq Rahim further presented a comprehensive recap of the daily learnings, ensuring that participants consolidated their knowledge and carried forward clear insights from each day of the program.
