SHOOT, a programme on Traffic Awareness, was organised by the Public Relation Department in association with General Directorate of Traffic and Qatar Police Sports Federation at Shantiniketan Indian School.
This initiative of the Ministry of Interior was aimed to teach the traffic rules and regulations for the students through football. Forty students from SIS in the age group of 9 years to 12 years participated in various activities which was monitored by ten officials from the Ministry of Interior. Students keenly I participated and enjoyed every bit during the event.
Mr. K.C Abdul Lateef, President of the SIS Managing committee, Principal Dr. Subhash Nair, Senior Vice principal Mr. Shihabudeen Pulath and Vice Principal Mr. Dudley O’Connor graced the occasion with their esteemed presence.
