The Pre- Primary Section of Shantiniketan Indian School conducted “My Responsibilities activity on 4th July 2019. It was an enriching experience for the children as they understood the importance of being responsible.
The kindergarteners were explained the meaning of responsibility through stories, games, songs, role play, flip books and craft activities. The young ones understood that how the choices they make just not only affect themselves but also others.
As tiny tots imbibed the value of responsibility, they made connections with their duties in different type of scenarios-home, school etc.
Thus by being responsible the little ones learnt an important life skill which will enable them to make decisions and set goals.
The activity was successful in giving our children the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence.
