The NAD community, in collaboration with Birla Public School, Qatar, successfully organized a much-anticipated Interschool Science Quiz Competition on Friday, May 30, 2025. The event, held from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, was a vibrant celebration of scientific knowledge and environmental awareness, drawing an enthusiastic response from students across various schools in Qatar.
With an impressive attendance of nearly 300 students, the quiz saw over 250 active participants competing in an intellectually stimulating environment. The quiz primarily revolved around general science themes, with a special emphasis on environmental issues, encouraging students to reflect on pressing ecological concerns and sustainable living practices.
The format of the quiz was individual-based, enabling each participant to showcase their knowledge and reasoning independently. Conducted on the Kahoot platform, the quiz provided an interactive and engaging experience for all attendees.
Our school proudly fielded eight students who actively participated in the competition. Their enthusiastic involvement and dedication to the spirit of scientific inquiry are truly commendable. Sri Satya Sai Maheswari Kedarasetty from 10E bagged third prize and it is indeed a proud moment for our school.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the NAD community and Birla Public School for organizing such a thought-provoking and smoothly conducted event. Our participants returned motivated and inspired, having gained valuable exposure to science beyond the classroom.
