Shantiniketan Indian School celebrated No Bag Day on 26th June 2025, creating a joyful and relaxed atmosphere for students of Grades I and II. No Bag Day promoted experiential learning and relieved students from the routine of traditional classroom education. The event was designed to stimulate curiosity, creativity, and collaboration among students, making learning fun and stress-free by encouraging hands-on activities. Students were engaged in a variety of creative and educational sessions, including art and craft, storytelling, science experiments, music, dance, and outdoor games. Teachers guided the activities with enthusiasm, and the event was met with overwhelming appreciation from both students and parents. No Bag Day proved to be a meaningful break from routine, reinforcing the importance of joyful learning in school life.
Activities Conducted
Students of Grades I and II enthusiastically participated in a variety of engaging and educational activities, which includes:

The initiative received overwhelming appreciation from students, teachers, and parents. Our Principal Mr. Rafeeq Rahim, also actively participated with students in various activities. Students felt relaxed and engaged, while teachers observed improved participation and enthusiasm. The No Bag Day was a refreshing break from routine and a step toward joyful learning. Events like these underline the importance of balancing academics with experiential growth, ensuring our students grow into well-rounded individuals.
