Secondary Section of Shantiniketan Indian School organized a Parent Orientation Programme during which parents had a chance to be familiar with their wards’ teachers and the assessment systems followed.
Mr. Shihabudeen Pullath, Senior Vice- Principal, spoke about the parents the importance of systematic study habit and discipline for a better academic performance. Mr. Wilson Roystin, HOD-Social Science presented the Assessment System for the academic year 2018-19. Mr. Shakir Hussain, talked about the importance of nurturing the teens and the role parents can play. Shaurya Pratap Bisht of Class IX talked about the importance of technology in the modern education system and how the students can benefit with the wise use of technology.
Parents interacted well and got clarity on the policies and processes.
