Shantiniketan Indian School successfully conducted the Virtual Parent Orientation Session for Grades One and Two on Wednesday, 8th April 2026, warmly welcoming parents to the start of the new academic year. The session began with a prayer by Dhilul of Class II C, setting a positive tone, and was smoothly guided by Ms. Syanthi, the Master of Ceremonies.
Mrs. Mehjabeen Hasan, Academic Supervisor, welcomed the parents, followed by Ms. Roshni, Activity Coordinator, who introduced the Foundational Section faculty and highlighted the teachers’ role in guiding young learners. Ms. Manahal shared the curriculum overview, while Ms. Jasmine explained badges for achievements and co-scholastic activities. Mr. Sandeep demonstrated the use of Cordova digital tools, and Mr. Shashank introduced the new ERP system. Mr. Sabith informed parents about school policies, books, and uniform distribution, and Mrs. Faheema Mustafa, Counsellor, emphasized student safety.
An interactive Q&A session led by Vice Principal Mr. Sujith Kumar concluded the programme, with a vote of thanks by Ms. Shabana Tanveer. The session was informative, engaging, and strengthened the parent-school partnership.
