December 14, 2025:
As part of the Qatar National Day Celebrations, the Social Science and Qatar History Department organized a series of academic and creative competitions. The highlight was the Qatar National Day Quiz – Final Round, held on 14 December 2025 for Grades 6, 7, and 8. First Position was secured by Team Barzan – Ayisha Aina (6A), Ziya Mariyam (7A), and Albin Firose (8A). Second Position went to Team Zakreet – Mishka Thameez (6E), Muhammad Zaeem (7E), and Aysha Haniya Valanpoyil (8E), while Third Position was won by Team Katara – Mohammed Zidan Karumannil (6C), Rayna Abdulraheem Thakor (7C), and Iyad Fadi (8C).
The event featured Arabic Calligraphy Competition, Video-Making & Presentation Competition, and Drawing & Art Competition, all centred on a theme that highlighted and celebrated Qatar’s rich culture and heritage.
Certificates were also awarded to winners of the Global Insight Quiz (Izaan Ibn Ijas, Mazin Mohamed Jasif, Zahra Sajid; Awfa Ul Ameen, Arham Anwar, Yahvi Udayakumar, Mohammed Mukaram Dunka, Joseph Devis, Ajwa Arshad; Affan Jawed, Sufian Mohammed Kamal, Aayisha Abdul Samad), Video Making and Presentation (Muhammed Nyzan, Rana Jabeen, Joanna Elizabeth, Aisha Kenza, Darsh Vishnu, Tamim bin Younus), Drawing/Art (Aneeqa Fathima, Yashwin Yedusankar, Hrithika Mithun, Shafin Suhaib, Irhaa Mariyam), and Calligraphy (Zahara Fathima, Aysha Haniya, Hala Aisha, Huda Shareefa). The celebrations fostered creativity, learning, and national pride among students.
