February 10, 2026:
Shantiniketan Indian School celebrated Qatar National Sports Day with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit. Sixty students proudly participated in a 1 km marathon at Lusail Boulevard, competing in various categories for both boys and girls.
The event was conducted under the school’s Olympic Programme, under the auspices of the Qatar Olympic Committee. Amidst participation from numerous schools, our students stood out for their discipline, energy, and commendable performance.
All participants successfully completed their respective races, displaying determination, stamina, and true sportsmanship. Each student was awarded a finisher medal in recognition of their achievement.
The celebration was a memorable experience and reflected the school’s continued commitment to promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among its learners.
