June 18, 2026:
The Arabic and Islamic Department successfully organized the Holy Quran Recitation Competition on 18th June 2026 to promote students’ love for the Holy Quran and improve their recitation and Tajweed skills. Students from Grades 3 to 8 participated enthusiastically in two categories.
The event provided students with an excellent platform to develop confidence, strengthen their connection with the Holy Quran, and showcase their recitation abilities. Awards and certificates were presented to the winners.
Category I (Grades 3 to 5)
- First: Zera Mehawish (Grade 5C2)
- Second: Ayan Ali (Grade 4C2) and Fathima Abdul Kalam (Grade 5A2)
- Third: Rayan Zubair (Grade 3A2)
Category II (Grades 6 to 8)
- First: Amrah Shabeer Ali (Grade 8)
- Second: Hamda Ayisha (Grade 7) and Zeba Mariyam (Grade 8)
- Third: Mohammad Aamir (Grade 6)
The programme concluded successfully with great enthusiasm. The department congratulates all winners and participants for their excellent performance in this competition. We express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Rafeeque Ahmed (Senior Headmaster), Mr. Salman AK (Academic Supervisor), Ms. Liji Abdullah (Activity Coordinator), and all Arabic and Islamic teachers for their valuable support and dedication in making the event a success.
