October 18, 2025:

Our school was proudly represented at the DPS Monarch International School Model United Nations (MUN), held from 16th to 18th October 2025 over a three-day period. The delegation included Fatemeh (Grade 12) as the Head Chair, Pranav (Grade 11) as the Deputy Chair, and Shaza (Grade 12), Zainul (Grade 10), and Maheswari (Grade 10) serving as delegates.
The team was trained and guided by Mrs. Payal Das, HOD of Social Science, ensuring they were well-prepared for the challenges of the conference. The teachers of the department, Mrs. Subhadra, Mr. Firos, and Mr. Hasim, along with the HOD, accompanied the students throughout the three-day event and provided the necessary support and guidance.
The conference was one of the largest MUN events to date, featuring 16 committees and students from various schools. It provided a platform for students to engage in meaningful debates, enhance their diplomatic and leadership skills, and foster global awareness.
Our representatives performed exceptionally well. Shaza stood out by winning the Best Delegate Award in her committee and was also recognized as the Best Plenary Speaker, showcasing her outstanding research, diplomacy, and public speaking abilities. The team’s dedication, confidence, and effective communication skills were evident throughout the conference, reflecting positively on our school.
The participation of our students not only brought pride to the school but also set a high standard for future MUN participants. The school leaders expressed their happiness and appreciation for the team’s remarkable accomplishment. Their exemplary performance demonstrates the importance of preparation, teamwork, and active engagement in global issues.
We congratulate all the participants for their hard work and commend them for representing our school with distinction.
