The Science Day celebration at SIS was a resounding success, marked by engaging activities and inspiring discussions that highlighted the importance of Science in our daily lives. The program was inaugurated by our esteemed President, Mr. Rasheed Ahmed, who emphasized the significance of scientific inquiry and innovation. Following this, our Principal, Mr. Rafeeq Rahim, shared his insightful message on the importance of Science Day, encouraging students to cultivate curiosity and a scientific mindset.
A student delivered a compelling science talk, shedding light on the contributions of science to society and its role in shaping the future. The event continued with interactive activities in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics, where students demonstrated fascinating experiments and concepts, making learning both engaging and enjoyable.
A science-based quiz competition was conducted class-wise, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and reinforcing scientific knowledge among students. The winners were honored with prizes, which were distributed by the Head of the Department, Mr. Saleem.
The program concluded with remarks from the Activity Coordinator, Mr. Nihal, who appreciated the enthusiasm of the participants and the efforts of everyone involved in making the event a success.
