The objective of the Science Exhibition was to help students understand through various activities the applications and importance of simple machines in the daily life. The activities were structured to direct the students to think, design and create simple machines with waste materials.
With an endeavor to promote scientific attitude among young students, the Junior section of SIS conducted a science exhibition on 18th February 2018 based on ‘Simple Machines’. Students of classes IV and V participated with great excitement and enthusiasm in preparing models of simple machines from waste materials. It helped the students to develop a scientific approach towards different aspects of life and instilled a spirit of creativity among them.
