Scintilla 2018, an Inter School Competition was conducted by Rajagiri Public School on October 27, 2018. Ten children of our school from KG I and KG II participated in various events competing with other Indian schools across Qatar. Six of them emerged as winners and out shown all the other contestants.
Prior to the competition, the participating children were given vigorous training, consistently taking care of the style, gestures, confidence and voice modulation. Trophies and Certificate of Appreciation were awarded to the winners and SIS was awarded with a trophy for securing Second Position. It was indeed a proud moment for us as the little ones won laurels for our school.
Excellent performance by our Kindergartners reflects the commitment and efforts taken by the teaching faculty to place SIS among the best in Doha.
The inter-school event was an enriching experience and played a role in motivating students to perform, excel and offered a lot more reward than just winning a prize.
