An inter-school competition, Qatar School Youth Festival, Kalanjali-2022, was organized by Mediapen in association with Ideal Indian School, Doha. Many schools participated in the various competitions that were organized. The participants from Shantiniketan Indian School won prizes in many of the events they participated in. The First Positions were secured by Zeba Zerin (III-Light Music), Mohammed Odam Manniyil (VIII-Elocution-Malayalam), Sahla Muneer (X-Elocution-English), Sneha Tom (Folk Dance).The school team for Group Song (Indian) also bagged the first position.
The Second positions were won by Able Christ Chittilappally (IV-Pencil Drawing), Ibtihal Irfan (III-Painting-Crayon), Nimsith Nimpura (V-Pencil Drawing), Fadil RahmanKaravansseri (7-Recitation-English), Amro Khalid Elhag Elmarki (VIII-Recitation-Arabic), Sheza Shabeeb (VII-Light Music), Prathishta Bisht (IX-Light Music-Western),Parvathi P. Nair Renuka (IX-Intrumental Music-Guitar), Hiba Shamna (XI-Classical Music), The School Oppana team won the second prize in the group event.
The Third prizes were grabbed by Minha Mohammed Rafi (VIII-Essay Writing- Malayalam), Ifah C.K (VIII-Recitation-Malayalam, Praison Maria Thommai (VIII-Light Music-Western), Fathima Nureen (XI-Recitation-English), Sneha Tom (XI-Elocution Malayalam). The School Tableau team won the third prize in the group event.
