Five hundred students from SIS participated with great fervor and zeal in the Qatar National Day Celebrations held at Lusail Indoor Stadium along with eighteen Asian schools.
The students presented the Theme “Qatar Will Remain Free” in the Thematic Parade highlighting the Four Pillars of Qatar’s Vision 2030. Qatar’s achievements in the fields of transport, infrastructure, Sports, and the preparations for FIFA 2022 was depicted in the Parade. They also vividly presented the Cultural Heritage, the utilization of Natural Resources and the love for their language on “World Arabic Day” while combating Blockade. SIS students sparkled in Thematic Show, General Dance, General Song, Qatar Show and Qatar Song.
The School Management Committee Members, Heads of School, Teachers and Parents also attended the celebrations and appreciated the efforts and hard work of the students and the program in charges for putting up some stimulating performances.
