A family get-together was hosted by the managing committee of Shantiniketan Indian School to honour its dedicated teachers and administrative and supportive staff on June 23 at the Multi-purpose Hall.
Managing Committee General Secretary, Abdul Kadar, congratulated everyone and attributed the success of the school as a reflection of hard work, dedication, efforts and enthusiasm by teachers, students and supportive staff.
Managing Committee President, Abdul Latheef, expressed his gratitude for the Qatar National School Accreditation and the growing status of Shantiniketan Indian School in Qatar while outlining the growth plan for the institution.
Principal, Dr. Subhash Nair, congratulated the SIS fraternity for their unwavering support and outstanding results in scholastic and co-scholastic areas and for promoting a learning environment in classrooms. He also lauded the collective efforts and endeavors of teachers and students in achieving spectacular CBSE results both in class X and XII.
Representatives from all the sections shared their rich experiences. As a cherry on the topping, the teachers lighted up the atmosphere by reliving their student days at the get-together with music and fun.
