Our school organized a fun-filled one-day team outing to Umm Al Seneem Park. The event brought together approximately 250 staff members, comprising teaching and non-teaching staff, along with their children.
The day began with a prayer and an inspiring message from our Principal, emphasizing the importance of team-building activities in fostering a sense of unity , divergent thoughts and collaboration among staff members.
Upon arrival at the park, the staff participated in a range of engaging team-building activities and games, carefully designed to rejuvenate their minds and strengthen bonding among colleagues.
The outing culminated in a sumptuous lunch, followed by a group photo session, capturing the joyful memories of the day. As the staff dispersed from the venue, they carried with them a renewed sense of camaraderie and shared experiences that will undoubtedly positively impact our school community.
The success of this event is a testament to the power of teamwork and collaboration. We appreciate the initiative and support of the School Management and look forward to organizing more such events in the future, further strengthening the bonds among our staff members.
