October 9, 2025:
The school auditorium was filled with energy and anticipation on October 9, 2025, as students from across all sections gathered for the annual Spell Bee Competition – SIS BEE 2025. Hosted in the Multipurpose Hall (MPH), the event aimed to promote a love for language and to challenge students’ spelling, vocabulary, and quick-thinking abilities in an engaging academic setting.
The competition saw multiple rounds of intense spelling challenges. After the initial elimination stages, top-performing students from each grade advanced to the final rounds, where they competed both as individuals and as teams.
The event was graced by the President of the school, Rasheed Ahmed, along with Principal Rafeeq Rahim and Vice Principal Sujith Kumar, who showed their strong support for the students and commended their enthusiasm and performance. Also present were key academic leaders from different sections of the school, including the Academic Supervisor of the Foundational Section, Mrs. Mehjabeen Hassan, the Academic Supervisor of the Preparatory Section, Mr. Wyne Rodrigus, and the Academic Supervisor of the Middle Section, Mrs. Nazia Saleem.
The event was proudly organized by the English Department, which continues to inspire a love for language and literacy across all grade levels. Their dedication to fostering communication skills and academic excellence was evident throughout the competition.
The competition was smoothly organized and conducted thanks to the efforts of the faculty across sections. In the Foundational Section, the event was coordinated by Mrs. Jasmin and Mrs. Revathy; in the Preparatory Section, by Mrs. Mufeeda Muneef; in the Middle Section, by Mrs. Neethu Suresh; and in the Secondary Section, by Mrs. Nilafar.Nisha Sanoof
