Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated by observing ‘Clean India’ drive at Shantiniketan Indian School, Doha – Qatar. The students at SIS organized a Workshop, an Audio Visual Show and Bulletin Board Decoration, to inculcate a spirit of hygiene, cleanliness and Swachh Living.
Health and hygiene is a prerequisite for a healthy nation. People should make a conscientious effort to ensure that they maintain a healthy living condition in their surrounding and spread the same awareness among the people who are still not aware.
Students endeavoured to spread the message of Swachh Bharat to its native people in India to develop a strong civic sense. They have pledged to use their social network in spreading the words on ‘Clean India’ drive.
