Theme: Academic Review, Reflection, and Action Planning
SIS Teachers’ Discussion Forum was conducted on 20th June 2026, focusing on academic performance review and strategic planning for continuous improvement. The session provided a platform for teachers, HODs, and subject mentors to analyse outcomes, share insights, and develop focused action plans.
The forum commenced with the Grades X and XII Result Analysis, where teachers reviewed student performance, identified areas of improvement, discussed subject-wise trends, and reflected on strategies to enhance future academic outcomes.
The Action Plan Presentation (FN) was conducted by Mr. Abdul Aleem (Islamic Studies) and Mr. Insaf (MDCA). The presentations highlighted key focus areas, intervention strategies, and initiatives planned to support student achievement and strengthen teaching-learning practices.
Following which Action Plan Presentation (AN) was carried out by the HODs and subject mentors. The discussion focused on subject-specific approaches, implementation strategies, and collaborative efforts required for effective execution.
Further discussions and follow-up deliberations will be continued during the makeover session, allowing teachers to refine strategies, clarify responsibilities, and align efforts towards achieving academic goals.
The forum concluded with a shared commitment towards data-driven planning, teamwork, and sustained improvement in student learning outcomes.
