November 30, 2025:
The Social Studies Department of Shantiniketan Indian School successfully organized a Video-Making and Presentation Competition, “Echoes of the Past: Unveiling Qatar’s Historic Treasures,” in November 2025 for students of Grades 1 and 2. Participants created informative videos on Qatar’s heritage sites such as Al Zubarah Fort, Souq Waqif, and the National Museum of Qatar, with a duration of 1–2 minutes (Grade 1) and 3–4 minutes (Grade 2), submitted in MP4 format. The entries were evaluated by Mr. Insaf, Mr. Tahir, and Mr. Aleem.
Winners – Grade 1: 1st Mohammed Nyzan, 2nd Rana Jabeen, 3rd Joanna Elizabeth.
Winners – Grade 2: 1st Ayisha Kenza, 2nd Darsh Vishnu, 3rd Tamim bin Younus.
The competition enriched students’ understanding of Qatar’s culture while showcasing creativity and confidence.
