“Bridging Hearts Through Meaningful Conversations“
Shantiniketan Indian School, Qatar, proudly hosted “Voices Across Generations,” an enriching initiative by the Foundational Section that brought together students, parents, teachers, and school leaders to celebrate meaningful communication, understanding, and shared experiences.
The programme began with a warm welcome by Aairah Mariyam, while Sarah Muhammed Hashir confidently anchored the event and Daariyah Masood expertly moderated the proceedings. Through engaging debate sessions, students and parents exchanged perspectives, demonstrating confidence, critical thinking, and mutual respect.
A highlight of the event was the interview segment, where students stepped into the role of young journalists and interacted with distinguished dignitaries including President Mr. Rasheed Ahmed, Principal Mr. Rafeeq Rahim, Vice Principal Mr. Sujith Kumar, and Ms. Mehjabeen Hasan. Their inspiring insights on leadership, perseverance, honesty, discipline, and lifelong learning motivated students to pursue their goals with confidence and resilience.
The programme also featured insightful parent interviews and a dedicated team of student reporters, fostering communication, empathy, leadership, and teamwork. “Voices Across Generations” beautifully reflected the school’s commitment to holistic education, strengthening intergenerational bonds while nurturing thoughtful, compassionate, and responsible future citizens.
