Shantiniketan Indian School facilitated a one day workshop for the teachers on Total Quality Management conducted by Dr. Dheeraj Mehrotra, an Academic Evangelist, Author and National Awardee. Teachers were actively engaged in hands-on training in developing papers that can help in Statistical Quality Management, using the following tools: Flow charts, Brainstorming, Data Collection, Graphics, Pie Diagrams, Stratification, Pareto Analysis, Histogram and cause and effect. Dr. Dheeraj Mehrotra encouraged a discussion on problem solving, channelizing, exploring, reasoning and identification. One hundred and sixty teachers benefited from this training.
