April 27, 2026:
International World Design Day was celebrated on 27 April 2026 for Grade 11 and 12 Design students by the Department of Commerce, under the able guidance of the HOD – Commerce, Ms. Ifra Khursheed, and organized by Ms. Fathima Hamna.
Students brought creativity to life through a vibrant mini exhibition based on the theme “Design for a Better Tomorrow.” The showcase featured innovative ideas including Sustainable Design from Waste, Smart Product Concepts, Reimagined Everyday Objects with enhanced features, Redesigning School Spaces and Uniforms, and futuristic design solutions.
Engaging classroom group activities further encouraged collaboration, critical thinking, and idea development. With enthusiastic participation from all design students, the event successfully highlighted their creativity and talent, making the celebration both inspiring and impactful.
